He has been involved in many culture change initiatives and worked for three excellent-rated Local Authorities, contributing to their development and success. Mark is a member of SOLACE and now works as Group Chief Executive of Scape.

A Chartered Project Manager by background, Steve joined Scape April 2012 with 20 years' experience working in the construction industry. Steve has a wealth of experience of overcoming challenges in many sectors - PFI, rail, retail, housing and development. His role at Scape is to co-ordinate the activities of the front of house operations, along with exploring new ways to deliver improvements across the whole of the public sector. He also leads our drive to challenge the private sector to do more and think more imaginatively. Steve is the focal point for our Sunesis initiative.

Joining the Scape team in early 2014, Victoria continues her commitment to the public sector after working in Local Government for over 18 years. As a Chartered Surveyor, Victoria has a successful track record in project leadership, strategic asset management and contract and performance management in a broad spectrum of built environment and public service teams, demonstrating skills in community engagement and organisational change alongside dynamic political interfacing.
Victoria brings to Scape a deep understanding of the drive for local economic sustainability, public sector efficiency and service transformation to meet the challenges of changing community needs and government policy. Simon joined Scape in 2013 with extensive experience in multi-discipline Design environments, leading Design teams to win and deliver high profile projects across the UK from concept to completion. Matt joined Scape as Head of New Business at the beginning of 2014, following a highly successful career in the business intelligence and strategic insights sector. His role incorporates the leadership of the Marketing and Business Development functions within Scape Group, including full strategic responsibility for PR, events, digital & brand. Matt brings with him a wealth of experience in developing complex strategic relationships with leading household names such as PepsiCo, Red Bull and RBS, as well as extensive skills in brand optimisation, marketing management, proposition development and NPD.

Angela brings to Scape 19 years accountancy experience ranging from practice to industry.
Angela monitors key financial information to ensure that Scape's management makes well-informed decisions to ensure future stability, growth and distribution of the surplus's within Scape's policy of community benefit.
Angela analyses the performance of the business and advisors on how to pre-empt problems, adapt to changing circumstances and improve value. This is done by managing costs, budget and implementing newer, more effective strategies.
