Mark Robinson
Chief Executive Officer

Mark has 20 years’ experience in local government and joined Scape in 2009.  He has a construction management background with a particular focus on procurement, corporate governance and asset management.  Mark has previously worked for Sheffield City Council and Derbyshire District Council where he set up an ALMO for the Authority.

John Sears

John has worked in the public sector for over 30 years.  He transferred from Nottinghamshire County Council to Scape in 2006 when he reliquished his role as Assistant Clerk to the CLASP Consortium and became Scape's Company Secretary.

Paul Bottrill
Procurement & Performance Manager

Paul has 30 years' experience in the private and public sector after qualifying as a quantity surveyor. He joined Scape in 2011 after 18 years in local government specialising in recent years in framework procurement, management and performance.

Teresa Seagrave

Teresa is an experienced administrator qualified to Diploma level.  She joined CLASP in 1989 transferring to Scape in 2006 where she manages the company's back office functions.

Elizabeth Glennon

Elizabeth joined Scape in 2010 with experience in Government engagement programmes and social housing management. Elizabeth specialises in Business to Business marketing and champions our online social networking strategy.

Jodie McNeil

Jodie has adminstative & secretarial experience in both the private and public sector, joining Scape in April 2009. Jodie provides administrative support to the whole team with a focus on supporting the procurement and performance function. Jodie works Monday & Tuesday each week.

Tracey Hull

Tracey recently joined Scape and has over 20 years' adminstrative experience in the public sector.  Tracey provides administrative support to the whole team with a focus on supporting the accounts function.  Tracey works Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week.

After working for almost 30 years in the private and public sector, in the UK and overseas, John joined CLASP in 2005 transferring to Scape in 2006.  John specialises in lightweight structures and promotes an integrated approach to design.

Tom joined CLASP in 2003 from the private sector, transferring to Scape in 2006.  He has over 12 years' experience in both the public and private sector and specialises in energy efficient design and improving efficiency through the use of system processes.

Sharon joined Scape in 2011 after successfully delivering projects in the public sector for over 5 years. Prior to this she worked in the private sector for a Structural Engineering company before studying Architectural Technology and Project Management.
Alan Coole

Alan joined Scape in 2008 having worked for both the public and private sector with extensive experience of the construction industry. Alan has led initiatives such as the SMARTE EAST project, the Midlands Highways Alliance and East Midlands Property Alliance (empa).

Paul joined CLASP in 2005 transferring to Scape in 2006.  He has over 30 years' experience in both the private and public sectors in architecture and surveying roles. Paul works closely with Scape's clients across all our service areas.
Sam Bacha

Sam joined Scape in 2011 he has over 15 years' experience as a chartered building surveyor in private practice in the Midlands and the North West.  Sam has worked with a large number of public and private sector clients, leading teams in the delivery of various project programmes.
