Sunesis

Sunesis is a joint initiative between Scape System Build Ltd and Willmott Dixon to deliver standard whole building designs, to a fixed turnkey cost. Cutting out a huge amount of waste so that projects can be delivered very quickly and at a very low price.

Currently, primary schools and secondary school designs are included but there is ambition to widen this into many other sectors. Many of the designs make use of the Scape System but there are also other construction techniques that have been developed by other designers.
