When delivering construction programmes, refurbishment projects and maintaining public sector buildings, our regional frameworks guarantee certainty on time, cost and quality.
Scape/empa frameworks are flexible, quick and simple to introduce and use. They deliver cost-efficiency at all stages by modernising the construction process, fostering collaborative relationships with all stakeholders and adopting best practice solutions based on reliability, innovation and continuous improvement.
Together with empa
Scape has worked closely with the East Midlands Property Alliance (empa) to develop a suite of framework arrangements for use by public sector organisations based in the East Midlands region and adjoining counties. Download our map to identify which sub-regions are covered by Scape empa frameworks
Private sector partners
Launched in response to the need for the public sector to do more with less, our regional frameworks offer high quality, cost-effective services managed by the public sector, but delivered through public/private sector partnerships. Partners have considerable experience of all public sector property types and have outstanding reputations in their fields.
Scape's regional frameworks are procured following a 2-stage OJEU process, with all documentation and contracts provided for clients to use. Each framework partner has been appointed following competitive tendering to ensure they provide exceptional value for money. 100% of each project cost is market tested.
To start using our frameworks You must sign a Scape Access Agreement. The Access Agreement is a quick, simple and free to use document that allows you immediate access to all the framework arrangements.Download an example of the Scape Access Agreement
Scape manages the procurement process and provides strategic management on an on-going basis through a unique programme management web-based iTool, Firefly. Firefly helps clients start the procurement process for their own projects and view progress.
