empa Training Courses
The East Midlands Property Alliance (empa) in collaboration with the East Midlands
Centre for Constructing the Built Environment (EMCBE) have arranged a series of
courses during April, May & June 2009. The courses are available to any public
sector organisation in the East Midlands region.
