Scape has two new frameworks available for projects in the East Midlands region.  The frameworks were set up in collaboration with the East Midlands Property Alliance (empa) for which Scape is the managing agent.

 

Intermediate Projects Framework was officially launched at a conference in June 2009 and is available for projects valued at £2M to £7.5M.

 

Minor Works Framework is split into two value bands £10K to £500K and £500K to £2M and will be officially launched at an empa Marketplace event to be held on 23 September (visit www.em-pa.org.uk for further details about the event).
