The successful tenderer for the Scape National Framework is Willmott Dixon Construction Ltd.  An agreement between Scape and Willmotts has been completed, signed and dated 23 April 2010.  The framework will run for four years from the date of the agreement and is for projects valued at £2m to £30 million.  The framework is available to Local Authorities, educational establishments, NHS, Police, Fire and other publicly funded organisations.

Although operating nationwide, the National framework will be known as the 'Large Projects' framework in the East Midlands region, and will be for projects from £7m to £30m.  This is so as not to conflict with the Scape/empa Intermediate framework which is already operating in this region for projects from £2m to £7.5m.  Click here for more information about the Scape/empa frameworks.
