Strategic Procurement
Scape at its heart is a collaborative organisation that seeks to work with others
for the benefit of the client and their projects. For this reason it has established
a number of strategic partnering arrangements for new building projects and the
refurbishment of the existing stock.
The arrangements have been in place for some time and proved themselves successful
in delivering good quality projects to time and on budget. To ensure they remain
competitive the arrangements are regularly market tested.
The selection process has been devised to deliver Best Value containing as it
did a matrix of price and performance criteria.
These arrangements have been procured under Local Authority rules and therefore
can be used by any Local Authority, educational establishment, public sector,
NHS and blue light organisations.
