National Frameworks
Scape has established a Strategic Partnering Arrangement for the construction
of new buildings. Through the application of its procedures Clients can gain significant
benefits in reducing time and costs without sacrificing quality.
The arrangement enables the Contractor and their supply chain, to be introduced
at the outset, be integrated with the design team and so make a full contribution
to the project’s successful delivery.
The Contractor selection process was carried out under Local Authority procurement
rules and therefore can be used on any project for public sector clients.
Scape has also established a Design Team Framework to provide design services for
public sector clients. The selection process was also carried out under Local
Authority procurement rules.
