Scape has a unique knowledge of all Marks of the CLASP system. Its Maintenance
and Refurbishment services are available to all CLASP building owners. The services
include:-
Maintenance Study Group - A CLASP building owners club where information is exchanged on standard solutions
for maintenance and refurbishment.
Archive Services - access to a complete library of standard documentation for every version of
CLASP since 1957.
Telephone Advice Service - advice on maintenance
Structural Advisory Service - economic and efficient advice on alterations and extensions of CLASP structures.
Scape's detailed knowledge means that it can offer an efficient and cost effective
advisory service.
Programmes
CLASP runs programmes to assist system building owners and their advisors, to
carry out maintenance and refurbishment economically. The programmes are:-
Replacement Window System - an aluminium window system especially designed to meet the requirements of the
system.
Refelting Programme - for flat roofs using pre-designed details with optional specifications.
