Scape System Build Ltd is a Local Authority controlled company whose shareholders are; Derby City, Derbyshire County, Gateshead, Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire County and Warwickshire County Councils. Scape is a trading company for the CLASP Consortium who recognise that they can achieve more working in collaboration than separately.
 
The company’s objectives are to bring economy and efficiency to the whole building process, both new buildings and refurbishment projects.  It does this through the development of standard designs and strategic procurement arrangements.
 
The company gives a priority to sustainable construction and counts as important inclusivity and security, enjoyment of buildings functionality and effectiveness of technical solutions.
 
Scape System Build is supported by a multidisciplinary team of construction professionals working with the company’s Strategic Partners or the client’s nominated team.
