Using its status as a central purchasing body, the following frameworks have been procured under Local Authority rules and can be used by Local Authorities or similar public sector organisations. 

 

 

National Framework One - This framework became available Summer 2006 and covers projects in a range of £2m to £20m.  The framework contractor is Willmott Dixon Construction Ltd.  

 

Design Team Framework - This framework became operational September 2008 with Faithful+Gould as the design partner.

 

 

 

 

There are two frameworks operating in the East Midlands region,

 

Intermediate - for projects from £2M to £7.5M became operational June 2009

Minor Works - split into two value bands for projects from £10K to £500K and £500K to £2M and became operational August 2009
