Scape has entered into a Strategic Partnering Agreement with a major UK Contractor to deliver projects effectively.  Project programme times are significantly reduced.  This arrangement can be used for Scape or traditional construction methods.

 

With traditional tendering Scape documents are used by the Designer as the basis for project details and specifications.  A standing offer for the steel frame further simplifies the tendering process.

 

Design and Build contracts also benefit from the Scape approach.  With traditional design and build contracts it is difficult to define the required design and quality standards.  Using Scape they can be established from the start and the building owner and design team can retain control over the whole process.  Specifying Scape as an Employer’s requirement ensures that consistent quality standards are achieved.

 

Management based contracts can take advantage of the standing offers for component suppliers and subcontractors.  The documents form an excellent basis for project details.
