to their own particular needs. With Scape the building owner's design team is
able to apply the well-proven Scape Structural System, Details and Specifications
to their own particular building.
With traditional tendering Scape documents are used by the Designer as the basis
for the project details and specifications. Standing offers for steel frame components
further simplify the process.
Scape has entered into a Strategic Partnering Agreement with a major UK Contractor.
This partnered approach enables projects to be undertaken quickly with an early
completion.
Scape also offers significant benefits for Design and Build contracts. With
the traditional Design/Build approach it is difficult to keep control over both
design and quality standards. Where Scape is used both can be specified from
the very beginning and genuinely competitive tenders can be achieved.
