Mark has 20 years’ experience in local government and joined Scape in 2009.  He has a construction management background with a particular focus on procurement, corporate governance and asset management.  Mark has previously worked for Sheffield City Council and Derbyshire District Council where he set up an ALMO for the Authority.

Paul has 30 year’s experience in the private and public sector after qualifying as a quantity surveyor. He joined Scape in 2011 after 18 years in local government specialising in recent years in framework procurement, management and performance.
